RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

Return Requirements:
• Keep items in original packaging
• Return within 30 days of delivery (Silver members: 45 days, Gold members: 60 days)
• Only return incorrect or defective items if requested by customer service
• Leave all labels and tags attached
• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Return Process:
1. Print your prepaid shipping label, packing slip, FedEx AWB copy, and commercial invoice
2. Place packing slip inside the package
3. Sign the commercial invoice and place it with the FedEx AWB copy in the transparent envelope
4. Attach the envelope to your package
5. Apply the prepaid shipping label next to the envelope
6. Remove any other tracking labels

All documents are required for customs processing - please complete every step to avoid delays.
